A book on the application of Confucian culture in business management was released in Beijing on April 26. The ceremony was attended by experts and scholars from Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, and the China University of Political Science and Law, as well as representatives from some other institutions.
The event was organized by the International Confucian Association (ICA) and hosted by the Liaoning People's Publishing House.
Vice President of the ICA Zhao Yiwu, Secretary-General of the ICA Jia Deyong, Director of the China Institute of Yi Culture at Beijing Normal University Zhang Tao, and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Liaoning People's Publishing House Cai Wenxiang delivered speeches at the ceremony.
The ICA and the Liaoning People's Publishing House donated copies of the book to several libraries and institutions.
The event also included a seminar, at which experts and scholars delivered speeches and engaged in in-depth discussions on the renewal, content, and form of the serial lectures surrounding the book, as well as its continued publication.
The ICA aims to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional culture through these activities and plans to continue the series of lectures and publish high-quality books to promote Confucian thought and explore the way of Confucianism in enterprise management.
